THE CENTRE
We always aim for the highest quality dental care available. It is one of our top priorities to protect the well-being and comfort of every one of our patients. We want you to feel confident and relaxed in our office, happy that you know exactly what is happening and why. Our intention is to welcome all patients as if they were family.
APPOINTMENTS
If you would like to make an appointment, please contact the Centre by phone or email. We are open Monday to Friday, and we try to cater for those who need late or early appointments by staying a little later on Wednesdays, and starting earlier on Thursdays.
QUESTIONS
If you are uncertain about anything, please contact us! (See the Contact Us drop-down, or call us on 9918.2288) If the person on reception doesn't know the answer, she will find out and get back to you!
FINANCIAL
We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. We will give you a comprehensive Treatment Plan detailing all costs, at your first appointment. If you require extensive treatment, a complete payment plan can be designed for you, with an appropriate payment schedule. We accept cheque, cash, or any major credit card.

CANCELLATIONS
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours' notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this time to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without giving us sufficient notice.
